The location of the apartment was very convenient, being close to tram stops and everything we needed to access in the city. The view from the apartment was also amazing, providing a great backdrop for our stay. the guest relations staff, Michelle, was quick and responsive to the issues we encountered during our stay, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the maintenance of the facilities left much to be desired.

The location was fantastic, right across from public transport and everything we needed was within close proximity. The hotel facilities were great, with anice and neat apartment that had all the necessary amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. Transportation was easy, as the hotel was close to tram stops and the Southern Cross station.
